Do I have to use the vendors on Rafter MB’s preferred partners list?

Yes and No… we require you to utilize the rentals supplier and one of the four fantastic caterers listed. However, we don’t require you to use the remaining vendors from our list, but we strongly encourage you to do so due to their professionalism, commitment to the client, and high standards.


What is your occupancy?

Rafter MB’s maximum occupancy is 550. The facility is uniquely designed to be enjoyable regardless of group size. Two, 550, or any guest count in-between delightfully celebrate within.


Can I have both my ceremony and reception at Rafter MB?

You are welcome to! Rafter MB is yours for 12 hours – what you do while your here is your choice! So come on over, get ready, get married, snap some fantastic pictures, dine amongst those you love and celebrate the night away!

What happens if the weather is bad on my wedding day?

In most cases it is a very simple transition – we just move inside. Rafter MB is spacious and beautiful enough to have wonderful ceremonies and receptions indoor. Logistically, there is more work for the staff to attend to but you feel little to no impact. The only instance that weather would cause additional concern is in the event of severe weather conditions. These are dealt with on a case by case basis.

How long do I have use of the facility?

Each weekend wedding couple is allowed to set up the evening before your wedding day. This will help keep your day as special as possible!

What are your hours of operation?

For tours, we are happy to accommodate your schedule by appointment. Please call 307-322-8151 or Contact Us to schedule a private tour. Event times can range from 7am-10pm on weekdays (Sunday – Thursday) and 7am-12am on weekends (Friday & Saturday).
